Raspberry green tea smoothie

Arthritis-fighting food: green tea

  • 1½ cups chilled green tea
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup protein powder
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
