When Gillian became acutely aware that mass produced and 'take-away' foods were affecting her family's heath, she searched for different 'food' paths and alternative measures, resulting in basic life-style changes.
She found a gap in the market to start a small business.
She now serves the community making available her new found knowledge, enabling every household, a better quality of life, without increasing the budget.
